What is RelayRow?
RelayRow is an AI shared inbox for email and WhatsApp. Your team receives and answers email for every domain you run, and chats on your WhatsApp Business numbers, in one place; AI scores spam, triages each message and drafts replies with the model you choose, and no-code rules route the rest. There is no mail server to host.
Does RelayRow work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number (Meta’s official Cloud API) and its chats land in the same inbox as email, with the same seats, labels, assignment, automations and AI drafts. Your team replies with text, photos, documents and voice notes and sees delivered and read ticks. Within 24 hours of a customer’s last message you can write freely; to start a conversation or reply later, WhatsApp requires an approved template, which RelayRow lets you pick and fill in.
What does WhatsApp cost?
RelayRow does not charge per WhatsApp message. Meta bills its own fees directly to your WhatsApp Business account: replies within the 24-hour window are free, and approved templates sent outside it are charged per message by Meta, depending on the category and the recipient’s country.
Do I need to run a mail server?
No. You point your domain’s MX record at Resend, and every message to any address on that domain is delivered to RelayRow by webhook. There is no IMAP, no Postfix and nothing to patch. A setup checklist per domain verifies the DNS for you.
Can I keep Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes. Receiving takes over all mail for the domain it is set up on, so most teams connect a subdomain (for example support.yourbrand.com) or a separate domain to RelayRow and keep personal mailboxes where they are.
Which AI models can I use?
Any. Connect OpenRouter for hundreds of models, or Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, Together or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Pick a model per feature (triage, replies, rules, extraction) and RelayRow falls back to your other providers if one fails.
How do AI credits work?
Every AI call is metered from the provider’s real token cost and charged to the workspace’s wallet in credits, with an append-only ledger and a usage log you can export. Plans include monthly credits; admins can top up, cap spend or block calls when a wallet is empty.
Can the AI send replies on its own?
Only if you let it. Each mailbox has an AI reply mode: Off, Draft (a person approves every reply) or Auto (sends when it is confident enough, drafts otherwise). Replies use that mailbox’s knowledge base and the thread history.
How do I get an account?
