Accounts
- Workspaces are created by RelayRow; workspace owners and admins invite their own team.
- You are responsible for the domains you connect and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Acceptable use
- Use RelayRow for your own or your clients’ legitimate email — not for spam, phishing or bulk unsolicited mail.
- Do not try to access workspaces, mailboxes or data that are not yours.
AI and credits
- AI features use the providers configured for each feature and are metered in credits from real token cost.
- AI output can be wrong. Draft mode keeps a person in the loop; you decide which mailboxes may send automatically.
