A shared inbox. Your team works in normal email threads — assigned, labelled and answered together — without ticket numbers or a customer portal. AI and automations do the sorting a help desk would make you configure by hand.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. RelayRow is a responsive web app with a mobile tab bar, so the inbox works in any modern phone browser.
