What we store
- Account data: your name, email address and the workspaces and roles you belong to.
- Email you receive and send through RelayRow: messages, attachments and their metadata, so your team can work with them.
- Workspace configuration: domains, mailboxes, automation rules, knowledge base entries and settings.
- Usage records: AI calls (feature, model, cost) and system logs, so usage can be billed and problems traced.
Who processes it
- Supabase hosts the database, authentication and server functions.
- Resend receives and sends email for the domains you connect.
- AI providers you enable for a feature receive the content needed for that feature (for example, a message to triage). Mailboxes can have AI switched off.
- Vercel serves this website.
Your choices
Workspace admins control which domains, mailboxes and AI features are active. To access, correct or delete your data, email hello@relayrow.com.
